Registration

Beech Grove Little League is open to players of all genders, however offers ONLY Baseball. If you want to register for Softball, please visit Beech Grove Girls Softball Association at www.bggsa.com

All players must register online. Your player is NOT registered unless you receive an email confirmation of the registration. Putting your order in the cart and not completing the checkout process could cause your player to miss the season.

At the bottom of this page, you will find information on grants you can apply for to cover the cost of registration, and sometimes equipment.
If you are not able to pay the registration fee, please apply for one of these grants. We rely on registration fees to cover our costs for uniforms, team equipment and league operating costs.

Player Eligibility:
Age
During the registration process, you will only be able shown divisions your player is eligible for based on their "baseball age." (2026 Baseball Age Chart) There will be opportunities for capable players to “play up” a division. This will be determined during the skills assessment and subsequent draft. If a player is not “drafted up” they will remain in their regular division. “Playing down” is generally not advised, but exceptions may be made based on individual circumstances.

New players need to provide a copy of their birth certificate. If you are a returning player who did not previously provide a copy of your birth certificate, please do so this year.

Boundary
Players league ages 4-7 do not need to live or attend school within Beech Grove Little League's boundary to play here! Older siblings of those players can also play in the league chosen for the 4-7 year old and will be fully eligible for tournament play. These players will not need to turn in any additional eligibility paperwork.

League ages 8-16 must live or attend a school that is within Beech Grove Little League's boundary. CLICK HERE for information on league boundaries.

All players using residency or school eligibility are required to provide proof of residency - OR - proof of school enrollment every year.

+ Proof of Residency requires three separate documents, one from each of three categories. CLICK HERE for the Residency Requirements Checklist.
+ You must include the ENTIRE document, not just the portion with your name and address.
+ Documents must be dated or in force between February 1 of the previous year and February 1 of the current year.

+ School Enrollment forms must be signed by a school administrator. CLICK HERE for a copy of the School Enrollment Form.
  +  Only the School Enrollment form will be accepted. A letter from the school, a report card or a screenshot of Skyward or other school website will not be accepted.
+ Must use the address of the actual school, not the administrative building.
  + MUST BE FROM A SCHOOL WITHIN OUR BOUNDARY. Click here for the list of schools in our boundary.

You will be able to register without these documents, but they must be provided before your child can be placed on a team. Your child WILL NOT be eligible for All Stars without these documents.

Refund Policy

As a non-profit organization run by volunteers, Beech Grove Little League relies heavily on registration fees to help cover the costs of operating our programs. Refunding registration fees can put a strain on the League’s resources and our ability to continue operating.

Requests to refund registration fees will be considered only when submitted in writing by the account holder. Please send the request to [email protected].

1. Reason for refund: The League is unable to provide a full season
● Full season canceled = full refund
● Partial season canceled = partial refund, prorated on length of season provided

2. Reason for refund: Parent request
● While registration is still open/before teams are selected: full refund
● After teams are selected and uniforms have been ordered, but before Opening Day: 50% refund
● After Opening Day: requests will be considered by the Board of Directors on a case by case basis with no guarantee of a refund

NOTE: SportsConnect charges a nonrefundable $3 fee to process credit card payments.

T-Mobile Call Up Grant

OPENS JANUARY 13 2026

The T-Mobile Call Up Grant provides assistance with the cost of registration, up to $150. If your child receives SNAP, WIC or Medicaid benefits, you may qualify for this grant. Click here for more info and to apply.

Every Kid Sports Grant

We seek to ensure every kid is exposed to the pro-social behaviors learned through youth sports, the responsibility and commitment cultivated through their involvement, and the practicing of their individual emotional playbook through playing. All Kids Play grants are available to qualifying families with kids in grades K-12 in low income areas. Individual grants can be used for registration and sometimes equipment.
