We are looking for volunteers to assist with various projects throughout the year.
Committees would meet on their own schedule to discuss plans and a representative would present those plans to the Board of Directors for approval. Please send us an email if you are interesting in joining a committee this season!
Event Committee: Focus on organizing, planning and executing events throughout the season, including Opening Day, Community Day, Trunk or Treat and any other events we may want to add. Consists of a minimum of one current Board Member and other league members in good standing.
Fundraising Committee: Responsible for investigating ways to finance the League including fundraising and recruiting sponsors. Ex-Officio Members: Sponsorship Manager, Fundraising Manager and Treasurer.
Nominating Committee: Solicit nominations for the Board of Directors. Investigate and interview nominees to prepare the slate of eligible candidates for the Annual Meeting and Elections. Consists of a minimum of three current Board Members who have a strong understanding of league operations, and up to three other league members in good standing.
