2025 Skills Assessment 

Saturday March 8th

All players ages 8-12 are to attend the Skills Assessment. 7 year olds that are registered for Rookie Instructional, but would like to be considered for the Minors AA draft, must attend.

Players must be fully registered before they can participate in the Skills Assessment. We will have staff in the gymnasium lobby available to help with registration. 

Medical Releases, Photo Releases, School Enrollment Forms and Residency Eligibility Paperwork should be turned in at this time. We will have copies of forms available for you to complete while your child is being assessed if necessary. Paperwork can be emailed to us at [email protected] or uploaded to your Sports Connect account at any time as well.

Schedule:

10am: 8 year olds and 7 year olds interested in moving to Minors AA

11am: 9 year olds

12pm: 10 year olds

1pm: 11 year olds

2pm: 12 year olds

Every effort should be made to come during the correct time frame.

Players should bring their bat and glove, if they have them. There will be limited equipment for players to borrow as needed. Players should wear comfortable clothing and athletic sneakers. DO NOT WEAR CLEATS. Players in cleats will not be allowed to enter the gym.

Each player will be assessed on a variety of skills, including running, hitting, catching, fielding grounders and fielding fly balls.
